He immediately pulled off the road, and as soon as R2 saw him, the puppy ran right into his arms. Roger put R2 in the car, and the little dog immediately lay in his lap and went to sleep, showing an incredible level of trust in his rescuer. 

This was the beginning of an inspiring journey for R2, who would soon find a loving forever home and leave his traumatic past behind. R2 was in poor shape when Roger found him, covered in ticks and fleas. Roger immediately called his wife back, telling her to contact their vet to give R2 the best chance at a healthy life. The vet revealed that R2 had spent his entire life in a crate, which explained his unusual behavior and physical issues. Despite his past, R2 quickly adapted to his new life. 

In just a week and a half, he began to look like a regular, happy pup, enjoying his first taste of peanut butter and learning to walk on grass without fear. R2’s new parents signed him up for physical therapy to help with his flat feet, which resulted from the time he spent in a crate. R2’s incredible adaptability and resilience continue to amaze his new family. He quickly formed a special bond with Roger and his daughter, wagging his tail and smiling whenever they entered the room. R2 is also great with other animals, making him a perfect addition to the family’s existing group of rescued pets. 

Roger’s wife knew from the start that there was no way they could let R2 go, and soon enough, he was officially adopted as their fourth dog. The family continues to work on R2’s physical therapy and help him become more comfortable with new experiences, like going to Home Depot or sleeping in a bed for the first time. This heartwarming story of R2’s rescue and transformation serves as a reminder of the power of love and compassion. 

With the help of his doting family, R2 was able to overcome his past and embrace a bright future filled with cuddles, adventures, and, of course, plenty of peanut butter.

All of them are trained to comfort humans in need, but their kindness does not extend to just us. More often than not, you will see one of them trying to help other animals and provide support. 

In this story, we will talk about a brave therapy dog who found something rather interesting in the woods and left his owner surprised. Banner, The Super Dog For most of his life, Banner was a therapy dog from Georgia who provided help to the people who needed it the most. He has been with his owner, Whitney Braley, for a long time and has helped her immensely during her PTSD episodes and anxiety attacks. 

She knew right away that he was a very gentle soul who only wanted to be with his best friend. On one fateful day, Banner was just taking a stroll in the woods near his house. 

During his walk, he noticed something strange and immediately rushed back to Whitney. She was unsure what he wanted, but it seemed to her like he was pleading with her to follow him. 

They went together into the forest where the dog saw a plastic, sealed box and it looked like something was inside. A Big Surprise For Whitney When she opened the box, she saw seven newborn kittens just stuck there and abandoned in the middle of the forest. Whitney knew she couldn’t just leave them, so the duo took them home where they nursed them back to health. 

Banner acted like a mom to these kittens, and he was watching over them the whole time to make sure they were okay. It took a good while, but they managed to recover just fine, thanks to the help of this amazing duo. Now that they were finally okay, Whitney realized that she had to sign them all up for adoption, so they could find a more permanent home somewhere in Georgia. 

Even though we don’t really know what happened to the kittens, I think it’s safe to assume that all of them found their new families. 

Thankfully, a police officer named Angela Laurella showed up at the scene to assist the dog, who was having difficulty because it was about 100 degrees outside! 

To arrange for the dog, Liam, to be picked up, she made a call to 100+ Abandoned Dogs of Everglades, Florida. Fortunately, they formally accepted taking the dog in. 

The organization’s founder and president, Amy Roman, made the decision to place the puppy in foster care while she searches for a permanent home for him. The fact that the dog won’t ever have to struggle again is a positive thing.

Many people across the world were moved to tears by this heartbreaking scene, which served as more evidence that dogs never leave their owners’ sides.  Even though there isn’t much background for these pictures, the candid moments show how devoted a dog is to its owners.  A local man called Ake was walking by when he saw this touching scene of genuine friendship and a dog’s loyalty. He couldn’t resist but take a photo of the touching act.  Local authorities finally located her and her brave dogs and took care of them thanks to the picture that quickly became popular. The woman and the pets were sent to the hospital right away for care. 

When the dog stopped eating, he nudged the man again, signaling that he needed more water.

Susan almost kept walking, but for some reason, she decided to stop and see if there was anything inside.

And to her surprise, there was! When she looked inside, Susan found a newborn chick inside. He didn’t have any feathers and his eyes were closed. Susan looked around to see if there was a nest nearby but couldn’t find one.

It was an exhaustive process, but Susan refused to give up. She felt a strong bond with the chick and used a small medicine dropper to make sure he got the nutrition he needed. The bird was a real fighter, and managed to survive the first day… … And the next day, too.  He opened his eyes. He got feathers… … and eventually, he grew into a large, stately bird. Talk about a transformation!

    During his recovery, Klinger became an essential part of the family.

Because they lived in an apartment where the owner did not allow them to have a dog, the Robinsons now wanted at least one puppy, being animal lovers. The two spouses, together with their 6-year-old son, Matias, paid a visit to an animal shelter to choose a dog. They wanted a puppy that would not be aggressive and that would grow up with the children on the farm.;

After visiting the paddocks and learning the sad stories of several dogs, they were very undecided about which dog to choose.;

At the end of the visit, they passed a 4-year-old pit bull named Benson. He stood back with his tail between his legs and his head bowed, he seemed to have completely lost confidence in people. The Robinson family wanted to know Benson’s story, and the animal shelter volunteers told them that Benson had a very sad life. He was used in dog fights and then abandoned on the streets, where volunteers found him. After a period in the dog shelter, Benson was adopted by a couple, but after only 2 weeks he was brought back to the dog shelter on the grounds that Benson is aggressive with his owners and has behavioral disorders. Even though the volunteers did not recommend that Benson be adopted by a family with children, Mr. Robinson insisted on giving Benson a chance so they adopted him. Even the road to the car was difficult because Benson was not used to walking on a leash, but in the end, they got home. In the early days, Benson was very withdrawn, shy and suspicious. But over time, Benson began to adjust and form a bond with all members of the family, especially Matias.

After Mrs. Robinson gave birth, they brought the baby home and introduced him to Benson. He smelled the baby and licked his face lightly. From that moment on, the owners knew that Benson was a wonderful dog and that the two would get along well. 

One night when the baby was only two months old, the Robinsons were awakened in the middle of the night by Benson’s loud barking. He barked incessantly and tried to reach the baby’s crib, but could not get past the crib’s protective bars, He started bitting the crib trying to reach the baby. At first, the Robinsons were scared, thinking that Benson was trying to hurt the baby, but when they took the baby in their arms, they noticed that the baby was no longer breathing. They rushed him to a nearby hospital where doctors were able to resuscitate him. The doctor told the parents that the baby would have died if he had been on cardiorespiratory arrest for more than 30 minutes. 

Benson became a hero and proved that nothing is accidental. The Robinson family saved Benson, a dog no one gave a chance to, and Benson saved their baby’s life. 

Additionally, wolves that live in forests appear to benefit from having black coats, indicating that canines contributed some beneficial genetic variety to their wild cousins. 

On Sept. 4, the cavers were exploring Dewey Hickman Nature Preserve when they saw movement in the pit. They looked down and saw a thin black-and-white dog at the bottom of a 30-foot drop. 

The cavers rappelled down and were able to lift the dog out of the cave. The cavers believe that the dog may have originally been caught by his collar on a branch as he fell, as there appeared to be scratch marks about halfway down the shaft. 

"We believe the dog was eventually able to wiggle free and dropped to the bottom of the cave," said a spokesperson for the Harrison County government. 

The cavers reported there was an empty turtle shell at the bottom of the cave, which may have helped collect rainwater and kept him alive. A member of the local community took the dog home for the night and called Harrison County Animal Control in Corydon, Indiana, for help. 

"Based on his condition, we believe he may have been in the cave for up to two weeks," said the spokesperson. "He is very thin, and his collar is very loose, leading us to believe he had been in the cave long enough to drop a significant amount of weight." dewey "He is still a little lethargic right now after everything that has been going on," said Director of Harrison County Animal Control April Breeden. "But when he first came in this morning he was just so loving. He just wanted to be loved on and be petted. I took him into my office, and he immediately jumped up on the couch, and he's been sleeping there ever since. 

He is amazing." dewey He was initially named Dewey after the park in which he was found, but later Harrison County Animal Control said that they believe they had found Dewey's owner, and that his name is actually Hawkeye. The animal control is working to confirm this so that they can reunite the resilient pup with his owner.

Marty reveals that Cruise is an Appaloosa (a Native American breed of horse) and says that Cruise loves being serenaded by Native American Flute. Marty adds, “A little factoid; his [Cruise’s] niece is the spotted horse that Leonardo Dicaprio rode in the movie The Revenant. 

The Native American flute makes a distinctive sound, which is often referred to as “warbling.” Maybe it’s this warble that Cruise really loves. And as it turns out, Cruise is not the only horse to enjoy flute music. 

The Appaloosa is an American horse breed best known for its colorful spotted coat pattern. There is a wide range of body types within the breed, stemming from the influence of multiple breeds of horses throughout its history. Each horse's color pattern is genetically the result of various spotting patterns overlaid on top of one of several recognized base coat colors. Today, the Appaloosa is one of the most popular breeds in the United States; it was named the official state horse of Idaho in 1975. It is best known as a stock horse used in a number of western riding disciplines, but is also a versatile breed with representatives seen in many other types of equestrian activity. Appaloosas have been used in many movies; an Appaloosa is the mascot for the Florida State Seminoles. Appaloosa bloodlines have influenced other horse breeds, including the Pony of the Americas, the Nez Perce Horse, and several gaited horse breeds. 

 

Fortunately, one day, a semi-truck driver, came to the Naperville Area Humane Society to adopt a dog as he used to drive with his dog all over the country. 

But when the dog died, the driver was left alone, so, he decided to go to the shelter to get a dog. That's when he saw Major, and directly fell in love with him! The man spent some time with the dog to see if he could be the best choice, and he was! So, he directly adopted him! Thankfully, Major was finally adopted after spending 372 days at the shelter!
