Unable to free himself, the dog reaches out his paw to the officer who arrives to save him(VIDEO)
In Florida, the cops received a complaint about a sad puppy that had been discovered chained to a pole.
Thankfully, a police officer named Angela Laurella showed up at the scene to assist the dog, who was having difficulty because it was about 100 degrees outside!
To arrange for the dog, Liam, to be picked up, she made a call to 100+ Abandoned Dogs of Everglades, Florida. Fortunately, they formally accepted taking the dog in.
The organization’s founder and president, Amy Roman, made the decision to place the puppy in foster care while she searches for a permanent home for him. The fact that the dog won’t ever have to struggle again is a positive thing.
