The adorable dog was found to be underweight, suffering from an intestinal ailment, and having red, swollen feet from the cold, wet concrete floor of the pound from whence she had been rescued.
She is medium in size, immunized, microchipped, and around two years old. Harper is now under our care at Howl Of A Dog.
